MCPS INSURANCE AND BENEFITS COMMITTEE

 

       *  purpose to maintain direct contact with MCPS officials to protect,

          review and discuss our medical, dental, vision and life insurance 

          programs

​

       *Meet with representatives of each insurance company to review coverage 

        and when necessary improve coverage

​

       * Meetings held ever three months or more when needed with MCPS

         directors of ERSC (Employee and Retiree Service Center)

​

       * Have equal voice and voting rights with all ERSC  union executive directors

         and their members

 

       *  Have direct access to Benefits Director between JEBC meetings
